S-10 master cylinder and booster
Extra tab welded in to mount an EZ Wire 21 circuit kit.
Brace needs welded back in
The rust you see here is just surface rust. I never got a chance to hit it with more primer.
New windshield gasket installed, factory windshield does have a crack in the pass side.
Could use new hood and hood hinges. Previous owner fucked them up pretty good. The hood does close and latch it is pretty wonky though.
No dents in roof.
Trunk lid lip is solid.
Junk in the trunk. Factory grill, heater, radio along with other stuff.
Rust out was cut out up to solid weldable metal under the rear seat area. Weld through primer sprayed on the surfaces.
Front engine mount holes line up with the 394 just needs to be moved over and back a hair to be perfect. The bellhousing mounts will line up but the are just in finger tight to help line things up.
Rear seat area. Rust cust out up to weldable metal.
Pass side bellhousing mount. Remember the mount it self is only in finger tight and needs to be moved a bit to line up the holes, bolts started and then everything tightened.
The brace that holds the pass side door pillar needs to be welded back in. I pulled it out to replace the floors in this section. It did shift a bit (my fault, we didn't brace it good enough) so the pass side rear door sticks a bit but it is an easy fix once it is pulled back into place (you can use ratchet straps if you don't have a port-a-power. It is ghetto but it will work. It only needs to be moved about 1/4"). I do have the correct dimensions taken off another 56 4 door hard top so you know where the pillar needs to be before you weld in the brace.
Lower covers for the front seat can be painted. They cost me $80.
Drive shaft will need to be lengthened about 3 or 4 inches to match up with the 1960 tranny.
New chrome headliner bows.
Pass side rear seat area. Some patched some not.
The pass side door pillar brace.
I have the oil filter mount (the thing that looks like an oil filter is not an oil filter, it is part of the oil pan). I took the oil filter mount off to clean it and make a new gasket I just forgot to put it back on before I dropped the engine in the car. It is only 3 bolts and the new gasket is included.
The pass side exhaust manifold will clear everything it just needs one of the long cap bolts taken out (needs to be soaked because it's stuck pretty good). That's what I get for trying to replace the exhaust gaskets.... All new exhaust gaskets ARE included!
Driver side exhaust needs to be moved back to line up with the manifold. Starter was also cleaned and painted, petcocks on both side of the block were cleaned, all new freeze plugs installed and block was flushed before I painted it.
